Integrity Financial Service, LLC (“Integrity Financial Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with our websites, including safewithintegrity.com and integrityfinancialservicellc.com, our online forms, events pages, emails, social media pages, and related digital services.

This Privacy Policy covers website and marketing activity. It is not a substitute for any separate financial privacy notice, advisory agreement, insurance disclosure, or other document that may apply if you become a client or provide information in connection with a financial, insurance, tax, legal, or advisory relationship.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event registration details, questions, appointment requests, and other information you submit through our forms, emails, phone calls, or other communications.

We may also collect website and device information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, form interactions, cookie identifiers, and similar analytics or security data.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, health information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms unless we specifically provide a secure method for that purpose.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to requests, schedule meetings, process event registrations, provide information about our services, operate and improve the website, measure marketing and website performance, protect against spam, fraud, and security threats, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

If you provide contact information, we may contact you by phone, email, text message, or mail where permitted by law. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Tools

Our website may use cookies, pixels, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies. These tools help the site function, protect it from abuse, understand how visitors use pages and forms, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve our content.

We use or may use service providers such as Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, Google Search Console, Cloudflare, WP Engine, WordPress plugins, spam-prevention tools, and similar website, security, hosting, analytics, and performance providers. These providers may process device, browser, usage, cookie, and network information on our behalf or under their own terms.

We may use the Pinterest Tag or related Pinterest business tools to understand actions visitors take on our website after viewing or interacting with content or advertising on Pinterest, to measure conversions, and to improve advertising. Pinterest may receive information such as visits to our website, pages viewed, conversion events, cookie or device identifiers, IP address, browser information, and related interaction data, as described in Pinterest’s privacy and business documentation. Your Pinterest privacy choices may be managed through Pinterest settings and other browser or device controls.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality, analytics, form behavior, embedded content, or advertising measurement.

Social Media and Postiz

We maintain social media presences and may use social media management tools, including Postiz, to schedule, publish, manage, and analyze content across social platforms such as Pinterest and other channels. When you interact with our social media pages, posts, messages, ads, or profiles, the relevant social platform may collect and process your information under its own privacy policy.

Postiz and connected social platforms may process content, scheduling information, account metadata, engagement data, analytics, comments, messages, or related social media information as needed to provide publishing, scheduling, analytics, and collaboration features. We do not control how third-party social platforms independently use information collected through their own services.

When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and vendors that help us operate our website, host content, secure systems, analyze performance, manage email, schedule or publish social media content, prevent spam, provide customer relationship tools, or support business operations. We may also share information with professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, advertising, and social media activities may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar terms under certain state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out of such uses.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and securing our systems. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, network, or storage system can be made completely secure.
